Beautiful scenery surrounds the resort area.
The room was not safe at all. I couldn't sleep all night worrying about someone opening the door. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. To make matters worse, the room was dirty and had a termite problem that was quite concerning.

The room was pretty standard and nothing too special. The bathroom needed some updates, and there weren't any safes in the room, which felt a bit off. The views from the room were nice, but overall, it just didn't meet my expectations.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The views are stunning, and we enjoyed relaxing by the river. We explored the Salto Baiguate Waterfall and played some table tennis at the hotel. Overall, it’s a great spot for a chill getaway with beautiful scenery and fun activities. Just make sure you’re prepared for occasional loud music during your stay.
The karaoke nights can get quite loud, which really affected the peaceful vibe we were hoping for.

It was just a proper fit for a swift stopover in Jarabacoa with exceptional value. The kids loved playing in the river while we relaxed by the pool. Be prepared for loud music at night. earplugs can help.

Great Views, But Some Letdowns
I stayed for 1 night and the views were amazing! The breakfast had a lot of options, and I loved the fresh fruit. But the shower had barely any pressure, and I had no hot water on day 2. Just something to keep in mind if you're picky about your shower!
